Deposits
Please note a deposit of $20 is requires for all booking to secure your booking time.
Failure to give us less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation and reschedule or If you miss your appointment any deposit paid not be refundable.
The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not show up to an appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours.
Refund
No refunds will be given for any reasons on services. If you are unhappy with a service you may contact me 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if fix can be done to address your concerns.
If you happen to have allergic reaction!
Allergic reaction can happen with anyone at anytime. Of course I am here to assist and help you by offering free removal, but no refunds will be given because we simply can´t control how your body will react.
A reaction normally occurs within the first 72 hours post service. You will notice the redness and swelling more on the lid as opposed to the actual eye. As a reaction can be very uncomfortable, as well as very unsightly. Please contact with me as soon as possible 0478 049 489 to arrange removal.
Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service and no refunding.
Permission to Use Pictures / Video
I hereby grant to iLashXtend the full right to take, publish, and reproduce photographs of me, my face, my eyes and/or eyelashes, both before and after this procedure, for any advertising, social, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary by iLashXtend. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs for any advertising or other purposes, along with comments I may provide.
Care & Maintenance
I agree to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by iLashXtend for the use and care of my eyelash extensions, and that if any follow up care is required due to my own mistake or negligence, or failure to follow these instructions, this will be at my own expense and risk.
I understand that if I do any of the following, it may result in damage to my eyelash extensions or cause my lashes to fall off prematurely. Knowing this I agree to follow these tips for best results: I will avoid oil based eye products as these will loosen the bond of my eyelash extensions. I understand that it is best to avoid saunas or steam rooms. If I experience any itching or irritation, I agree to contact iLashXtend immediately to have the lash extensions removed.
I agree to refrain from using waterproof mascara or an eyelash curler.
I agree to not pick, pull or rub my eyelash extensions. I understand that I should not attempt to remove my eyelash extensions on my own or with any product, but that the procedure requires that my eyelash extensions be professionally removed.
Children & Pet
Because of the delicate nature of our service and because your eyes will be shut and lash artist will focused on your eyes, we ask that you do not bring children or guests.
Personal Belonging
Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including watches, jewelry or large amounts of cash. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property while in, on, or about the premises.
Client Service
We require that all of our clients be a minimum age of 18 years old. All clients under 18 would need parental permission.
We highly recommend NO kids in our lashes studio while you are receiving service. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the salon unsupervised.
